1. Delivery address: To ensure safe logistics service, please send the email to a valid delivery address, which cannot be used to provide payment details.
2. Delivery time: The delivery time is provided by ODDCELL's courier service provider and is related to the final delivery time. Some products may require a shorter delivery time. In this case, please contact ODDCELL customer service for individual arrangements.
3. Returns: All orders involve returns within 7 days, but valid return/exchange applications need to be shipped back to ODDCELL's warehouse to ensure a refund/exchange.
4. Packaging: All products will be shipped in special confirmed packaging.
5. International delivery: For international delivery, please ensure that any special import taxes or other fees charged by any country/region are the responsibility of you (the customer).
6. Delivery status: After receiving the order, you can check the order status, including the delivery time. You can check the delivery information through Shopify Driver (address) or an email sent to the address.
7. Delivery Error: If the item you received is missing/damaged/not listed correctly, please contact ODDCELL customer service as soon as possible.
